COMMUNITY CONNECTIONS PROGRAMS 
 
This program delivers social support through Centre Based Care to clients residing in the Local Government areas of Charles Sturt, Holdfast Bay, Marion & West Torrens.
 Transport to & from the Centre is provided to clients where they will enjoy morning tea & a two course nutritional meal, which is a focal point of the program.

Staff & Volunteers coordinate a wide range of activities, outings, day-themes & events to stimulate the diverse social needs and interests of each of the client groups.
Camden's Monday Day Activity Program consists of varied centre-based social activities with occasional outings that support people living with a disability to link with their peers & local community. The aim is to provide a social environment that encourages friendship & offers the supports & opportunities to learn new skills through coordinated & planned activities.

All of Camden's Programs include morning tea, a two course lunch & activities such as theme days, education, guest speakers, entertainment & outings. Camden places a strong focus on capacity building & aims to assist people to be more independent at home & in the community, enhancing individuals' quality of life.
